In 12 weeks, you’ve stopped hiding your work and taken your first real step out.
A private coaching partnership for women who are excellent at what they do, tired of being taken for granted, and ready to leave the life that no longer fits.

You already know you’re good.

You’re capable. People rely on you. You do the work well, often better than anyone asked.

And somehow it still goes unnoticed. You’re handed more, thanked less, and slowly bored out of your own life. The days pass and you can feel yourself wanting something that’s yours.

Maybe you’ve tried to put yourself forward. Maybe it came out as pushy, or it didn’t land, or it felt so unnatural that you stopped trying. So you went quiet again, still excellent and still unseen.

Somewhere along the way, someone told you the problem was confidence. Or assertiveness. That you needed to be louder, bolder, more of something.

I don’t think that’s it.

It’s not confidence. It’s self-trust.

You aren’t lacking belief in your ability. You know you’re good. What’s missing is trust that if you put yourself out there, you won’t let yourself down. That it’ll land, that you’ll follow through, that you won’t retreat.

So you hold your work back, because putting it forward and having it fall flat would prove the fear right.

And here’s the trap: the only way anyone believes in your work is by experiencing it. To let them experience it, you have to be seen. And being seen is the very thing that feels fake or goes wrong.

You can’t think your way out of that loop. You build your way out, with evidence.

How it works: Proof, Seen, Out

Over 12 weeks, we move through three phases. The process is the same for every client, and what you do inside it is entirely yours.

Weeks 1 to 4: Proof.
You make small, real promises to yourself every day and tell me how it went. Each one kept is evidence. By the end of the month you have a record of promises kept, which is the foundation self-trust grows from.

Weeks 5 to 8: Seen.
Each week you choose a move that puts your work in front of real people, and we sharpen it together. You learn to share your work, own your results, and be believed without becoming someone louder than you are.

Weeks 9 to 12: Out.
You take your first real step out. We decide together what that step is, and by the end of the twelve weeks, you’ve taken it.

Your first real step is yours to define

Not everyone’s way out looks the same. Yours might be applying for a role that actually fits, sending your first proposal, launching something of your own, or telling your manager your plans and your date.

At the start, we’ll define your first real step together. It will be:

  • Specific: something you can point to, not “explore my options.”
  • Visible: it involves another person or the outside world.
  • Dated: it happens inside your 12 weeks.

This is a partnership. I’m not going to tell you what your life should look like or push you down a path that’s mine. I’ll hold the standard, ask the honest questions, and help you get there.

What the support looks like

This is private coaching, delivered mostly through messaging, so it fits into a real working life and gives you more support than a call every two weeks ever could.

  • A kickoff session (60 to 75 minutes) to map where you are, define your first real step, and set up your 12 weeks.
  • Weekday check-ins by voice note or text. About ten minutes a day.
  • A personal reply from me to every check-in, by the end of the next working day and usually the same day.
  • A weekly rhythm: a Monday move you choose, and a Friday review that adds to your running proof log.
  • A midpoint note (week 6) from me, written for you, on what I’ve noticed in how you work and where you’re stronger than you realise.
  • A closing session (30 to 45 minutes) and a written summary of what you did, what changed, and what comes next.

Weekends are yours. I take on only 5 to 6 women at a time, so every message gets my full attention.

This is coaching, not therapy or crisis support. If you need urgent help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

What you’ll leave with

  • A real record of promises you kept to yourself
  • Your work out in the world, in front of people who matter
  • Your first real step out, taken
  • A way of treating yourself that you carry with you: as someone whose work and life deserve to be taken seriously

What my clients say

“Maria helped me, not only to find a purpose in my life but also to find the confidence within myself to be in charge of my own future. After years of being profoundly unhappy, I quit my day job and embraced my dream of becoming a freelance watercolorist. She never pushed, only guided me to see what I already held within.”
Athena, Artist

“Maria’s insight, warmth, and authenticity created a space where I could feel both challenged and supported. She helped me embrace all that I am.”
Stella, Coach & Astrologer

Why I do this work

I was good at my job, and nobody noticed. I was bored, low, and watching my life pass while I was taken for granted. I knew I was good. I just couldn’t get anyone else to see it, and when I tried, it came out wrong, so I stopped.

I was told I needed to be more assertive. What I actually needed was to trust myself.

That didn’t arrive in one breakthrough. It came in tiny bites: picking up a paintbrush just for me, saying something true and noticing the world didn’t end, keeping one small promise and then another, until the evidence was impossible to argue with.

Then the right people found me, and the life I wanted started to feel possible.

I’m still on the road, a little further along, reaching back my hand to give you the support I wish I’d had. This programme is how I do that.

Questions

What if I don’t know what my first real step is?
That’s what the kickoff is for. Most women have a clearer answer than they think, and we’ll pin it down together.

I can’t afford to quit my job.
You don’t have to. The first real step out is rarely a resignation. It’s usually the move that makes a future exit possible.

How much time does this take?
About ten minutes a day for your check-in, plus a little time for your weekly move.

Do we have calls?
Two: a kickoff and a closing session. The rest is by message, so it fits your life.

What if I fall behind or have a bad week?
It happens, and it’s part of the process. A missed day is information, not failure. I’ll check in, and we adjust.

How do I apply?
Claim your founding spot below. I’ll email you within 48 hours to arrange a quick onboarding chat and to book our kick-off session.

You don’t need to be louder or bolder. You need a partner and a plan, and the evidence that you can trust yourself. The door is open.

Xo, Maria
